At LIVFRESH, we want you to love your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
